Hello ma’am The most common reason could be hormonal imbalance or PCOD most commonly hormone in balance so you should be consulting your doctor 1st and if it is hormonal balance that it can be treated very well with medication and if it is PCOD than the treatment is going to be long because a lot of things are associated with it
