A. exercise is a must. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. good morning try to do yoga everyday in the morning I will recommend you to try intermittent fasting for 16 hours it is advisable to try to have something light for dinner like porridge or vegetable soup
