mam my son is 3 years old i have been giving him multivitamin since last 1 month, can i give him multivitamin continuously

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist11 months agoA. If there is no proven deficiency in the child that there is absolutely no need to give multivitamin medication on a daily basis, especially because it is not going to help in weight gain in anyway
