White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of thegt skin it needs prouper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Some white spots are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should definitely not worry about it at all. You just try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently
