mam meri beti ko mumps hue hi Jo ki 6 years ki hi mam yeh medicine se theek ho jaate hi yaa injection lagvaane ki jarurat hoti hi.

A. mumps is a type of viral infection. it is due to infection in the parotid gland which is type of salivary gland. it is a self limiting illness and the child will improve in 4 to 7 days. it can involve one side or both sixdes of the jaw where parotid gland is present. symptomatic treatment is given in the form of paracetamol and warm compress can be done xto decrease the swelling. please remain in contact with your doctor for treatment. it can be prevented by giving mmr vaccination.

If your child is completely alright after the medication that you’re giving then there is no need for vaccination but you should check with your doctor if they say that is going to give a relief whether it is not going to repeat again then it is going to be benefiting to get the vaccination done
