mam meray bachay ko constipation hain .ussay kbhi kbhi hotti hai ..kl tak woh porty thk krta tha ..aaj b porty ki laikin porty ka phala walla portion hard tha aur baki smooth he nikla ..uss nay kl 4tyms cow milk piya tha

Apply some lubricant when your child is willing to pass motion and make sure to give plenty of fibres and fluids in the diet that is going to be good for easy motion and also I’m going to recommend you that you please put a suppository or given oral active if needed
