mam Mera cesarean hua hai 4 oct ko...mujhe uth te time bht kmjori feel hoti hai mujhe essa kya add krna chahiye apni diet mai ..jo mai apne aap ko jldi recover kar skku

A. hi mom have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu add nuts like almonds walnuts in diet have mix vegetables dal khichdi daliya khichdi variety of vegetables and fresh fruits sleep well

A. Some of the best sources to consume protein are nuts, seeds, , chicken breasts, eggs, paneer, lentils etc, . Along with this, it is also good for the mother to consume foods that are rich in Omega 3 acids to favour brain development of the child. Salmon, walnuts and sardines are excellent choices to take in Omega 3.
