mam mera 35 weeks chlra but mujhe kbhi baby movement km lgti h kbhi kbhi tik lgta h but mujhe bahut tension hota h nid bhi nhi hoti h meri bilkul bhi .agar movement km fill ho toh kb tk rah dekhe aur dr.ko bataye

minimum 10 movements feel honi chahiye baby ki..
khane k baad aap feel krengi movements.
Agar kuch bhi unusual lge to apne doctor ko dikhaye.
wo properly evaluate krengi.
