Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, abhi aapka baby sirf 1 month ka hai, toh please abhi aap sirf breast milk hi dijiye. Aur kuch nahi. Pani toh bilkul nahi dena usse diarrhoea ho sakta hai. .
Aap breast feed ke baad baby ko burp kraiye, atleast 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary..Ussi se gas nikal jayegi.
