A. Hello my dear parent! Let the child be physically active and get a good sunlight exposure. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, fruits, and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
