Mam Actually my wofe get sezare and doctor give her ansthtic injection on her back during sezare and after few months she get swell there plz tell me is that serious ?

Give ultra D3 drops
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hygiene
