maine baby ko side lying position me feed krwaya feed krte time hi uske naak se dudh nikalne laga kahi dudh lungs me toh nhi gya hoga na ya nose nali me toh nhi gya hoga na I'm very scared

This position is not considered very safe to feed the child so I would advise you not to feed like this also if you can face this problem I would recommend you to kindly get it checked with your doctor I don’t think so it went into the nasal pipe or something but it’s better to check with your doctor one time
