Main apne baby ko feed nhi krwa pa rhi mere nipples toned nhi ho rhe aur milk b ni ho rha jis se wo suck kr ske to please help

A. Hello mom kai bar nipple naturally aise hote hai , massage kare apne breast ko aur saath mein nipples ko slightly pull kare, aap nahi tho pump karke bhi try kar sakte hai
