mai yeh every 6 hours me dalriu mai nai kam hora 103 104 agar rehra toh sirf 101 hojara iss se zyada nai kam hora any syrup you suggest me plzzz

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carriexd out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / mfeftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
