Mai I give capsicum to one year old baby is it good for him,???

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes you can give capsicum to the baby as the baby is a year old in fact you can give all the family foods to the baby but with minimal spices all the fruits and vegetables to the baby as it will give a whole nutritional diet to the baby.
Also include dry fruits ghee dairy products etc in the baby's diet
