madam, when to give alternate food other milk, and which is the best one u recommend

A. till completion of 6 months you should give baby breast milk only but if milk secretion is less then you should go for formula milk Nan Pro and lactogen are in the market for so long and after completion of six months you can start giving other food than milk like Dal Ka Pani
