ma papa ki ninna day time lo head antha heat ga undi nyt ki thaggindi.. and again midnight fever vachindi 2ki calpol drops vesa sweating ayindi ipudu doctor ni consult avamantara

A. yes You can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. It is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Armpit temperrature of hundred or more is considered as fever Important to doo body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease body temperature. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using wooleng clothes when the child is haaving fever Higher medicines for fever is required or not will be told by the doctor
