Hi First of all please post your question in a language that is most understandable that English and Hindi also I could only understand that probably there is a hole in the heart of your child so you’ll have to get it checked with the heart doctor every now and then certain times these holes can fill up on their own only with passing time but most of the times they require a treatment or surgery
