ma'am my daughter is completing 5 months on upcoming 7th of August .But she still thin .and not gaining weight.please help

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much if bbay is active nd having food properly and also give your baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and also baby weight should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and if it is less then asl your doctor for food supplement and vitamins. take care
