' m mother of 8 months baby. m suffering from back pain.please suggest me some advices.

A. If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet andjiii also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron suprplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
