m a breastfeeding mother. I have lot of grey hairs. can I apply mehendi on my head

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can apply mehendi on your hair. Please Masaage your hair with BabyHug coconut oil and leave overnight. Also use a sulphate free and paraben free shampoo like BabyHug shampoo to wash your hair. Please take an iron and calcium rich diet including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Thanks and take care
