m 29 weeks pregnant with uteropalcental insufficiency diagnosed at 24 weeks..recent Doppler shows brain sparing effect in mca..how long pregnancy can be prolonged from 29 weeks...

Why so much fetal growth restriction?
Cant stretch too long
Doppler in 3 to 4 days
Operate wen worsening like absent diastolic flow innmca or descending aorta
Take steroid for fetal lung maturity
