M 22 week pregnant n my baby weight is 529 grms.. what should be included in my diet to increase baby’s weight ?

A. you should start with protein supplement proper protein powder which can be taken in milk and try to have more of nutritious food and adequate water intake along with tender coconut water at least alternate days
