M 2 month old smile after every time she vomit

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she use to have vomitng after every feeding so burp her properly and give her 9 drops of domstal before milk

A. the baby is only two months of age at this age baby may not be having social smile it is only a involuntary smile baby is doing not related to vomitings
