Like many other kids, my kid is not able to go out and get some sunlight due to pandemic and online classes whole of the morning, I fear he may suffer low Vit D levels. Can we give him a Vit D3 maintenence dose on regular basis to make up for lack of sunlight? If yes, please advice the dose and frequency. I have seen some VIT D 3 sprays, can those be given?
