Light blood stains in motion for my baby and motion is tight

A. Hai good morning !! Due to Constipation (hard stools) anal rectum will rupture and cause bleeding. Include fibre foods in diet . Fruit and vegetables (Papaya,pear,grapes, strawberry, orange, cucumber, carrot, tomato) , ragi, jowar, sabudana,water, fluids will increase bowel movement avoid Constipation. Do Tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers.
