A. use mamaearth tea tree shampoo it helps reduce dandruff. it controls excessive oil and soothe the scalp

A. Hi mom massage the legs with oil to give relief. u can give paracetamol if the pain is severe. and for dandruff apply coconut oil atleat twice a week to get rid of it.
