Last two days my daughter in law has observed a red line of blood in his eye. What is your guidance in this matter.

A. Hello,ma'am in this situation it's not clear that your daughter in law has seen red line in whose eyes and secondly you haven't mentioned any other detail in your question and also you didn't mention the age of baby and from how long this red line is seen in babies eye.
