Q.

last 4 days back my daughter suffered from cough and fever now she is k but her mouth taste changed she is refusing to eat solid foods like rice & roti ,fruits .Pl suggest what to do?

A. hello since the child was not well is normal n just make sure to try small quantity frequently n few days it will get back to normal n nothing to worry
