Q.

lactare tablet should be taken before or after food. Doctor has prescribed tablets however did not mention how to take tablet.please advise.

A. You can take it after eating your breakfast and dinner that’s going to be the right thing to be done you can always take it after your meals only any medicines that you take are meant to be taken mostly after your meals only you your meals only
