2 cap thrice a day.
also take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat healthy and stay hydrated .

U Have it before food that is a better option to go for basically I would like to tell you you can have it any time in the date has got no connection with you eating or not eating it is just a medicine it’s just a lactation supplement that you can have any time in the day
