l gave cow's milk to my son who is 1 yr 4 mnths old . Two days he had no problem ,but today he had problem in pooping.any suggestions for it.

A. thank you for reaching out to address this question if a child is having constipation issues due to Cow's milk I would suggest one make sure that you are increasing the amount of milk you give in smaller quantities do not operate in one go use amount and secondly balance it with fruits and vegetables so this way he does have the fibre intake and will not be constipated
