You should avoid milk for the time being normally doctors don’t say that you need to avoid milk if it is not because of milk so during the time of infection if your doctor precisely suggesting you to avoid something then you should otherwise I’ve never seen them advising to stop milk till the time your child is not affected with milk or loose motions
