Breastfeed is the only best food for babies till 6 months of age however if due to some reason, you can't breastfeed then it is advisable to choose a formula milk which is closest to breastmilk like Aptamil Gold formula milk. It comes in different stages so for your 3 months old baby, you should buy Aptamil Gold stage 1 formula milk. It is easy to digest and contains prebiotics and HMOs for baby's growth and development.

Check suitability of formula brand if introducing now .Choose brand or ask doctor suggestion on formula which contains all nutrients,DHA,ARA elements and stage wise advanced powders Like Nan excella pro differs by immunity elements which costs bit more than Nan pro..
