A. Hi Mom, Your child should drink 16 ounces( 480 Ml of low fat or nonfat milk each day. You can sepearate this ML into two or three times. This will provides most of the calcium he needs for bone growth and still not interfere with his appetite for other foods. Thank you and have a good day.
