Q.
Kid repeats all words trys to say something to even if its a difficult word.She is 2.4 years but has not started talking in phrases. Will she need any therapist help?

as such no need of therapy.
although if you want to opt for this ,you have to consult speech therapist for this.
you can encourage your child by communicating with him more.
Ask simple questions, point out different objects and talk with your child about it ,it will help.
but never force your child.
Avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
