keeping feeding bottle and soother etc in boiling water for 5 mins is enough for cleaning them or need to use some liquid cleanser ?

Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly.

Yes If you are keeping it in boiling water then that’s absolutely fine because then the body will be sterilised in five minutes itself it wouldn’t take more than that and then just after you sterilise it you should just immediately take it out of the hot water if you leave it into that then that’s not good
