kayra had fever since yesterday I m giving her paracetamol 100mg syrup within 6hours gap

A. Hello parents,good morning Continue with this medicines any temperature above 100f is a fever always measure temperature in armtips only if fever not reducing then visit your nearest pediatrician once.
