Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be alletrgic rhinitis alygso so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

give steam inhalation
use Nasoclear saline nasal drops
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest and back and feet and gently massage at bed time
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
