Jayesh is 8 year old but his only 4 milk tooth lost and new tooth came. other milk tooth are not falling. why so late. also his upper and lower front teeth are so black (stained) Now staines are not getting removed though proper brush. how can we clean his teeth. or should we get clean his teeth by dentist? pls suggest
