Q.

its not nasal congestion sir...he is struggling to sleep ..his total body luks like congested at that time

A. the baby is only two months of age there is nothing like total body getting congested probably baby maybe shivering moreover it is not possible to give advice without proper physical examination of the baby you can take a video of the problem consult a doctor
