It was my daughter's 3rd day at school. she has been coming back home with a full fledged tiffin as sent. she eats a fruit and some conflakes (without milk) at 7:15. The school break is at 10:30 and she comes home by 1. I tried asking her choice before sending yet it all returns. please help.

yes,it happens.
my child did the same.
but what I have done ,I was stopping to ask her choice and stop to force my child to complete the tiffin.
just place food as my child taste ,and now he is taking well .

sometimes we parents become much anxious and that's why we start forcing our kiddos which we shouldn't do.
