it's very hard wid 2 kids now how I manage it

A. hello mom, do not worry , stay calm..I can understand as I have already gone through this situation.. first thing is ask for help to your partner or other family members.. you can also think of maid or caretaker for 1 or 2 hour every day so that you can manage this time for other work or household chores.. also takeout some time for your self, you can join gym, yoga classes which will keep you fresh and energetic..
