Q.

It’s been 4 months to my delivery and since then,I am having pain in my left foot around the arch and ankle. What can I do to get relief?

A. well you seee this is a kind of arthritis. so better take rest n cut on salt. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.
