Q.
It's 5th month to my baby. We want to feed cerelac/similac from 6th month onwards. can you please suggest which flavour is better. Wheat flavour or rice?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, any top food should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Rather than giving commercially available packaged foods which contain ingredients like sugar, flavour it is better to give homemade foods.
