no tooth decay is not normal..it occurs due to lack of proper oral hygiene and due to frequent intake of sticky sweetened food products in the diet..
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

Need proper examination to which extent the tooth has decayed. Consult with the paediatric dentist as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby.
