Is this normal to have periods in 9years?

It is not normal but it is happening these days due to lot of things like side effects of the lifestyle we have adult in the food have a lot of junk food too much of sugar and they are having too much of non-veg is leading to early periods in kids these days it is not a healthy sign but it is happening so nothing can be done now
