Is there blood in my baby's poop today? what should I do

A. Are you asking is there any blood in the poop or you are saying that’s not clear but I would just like to clear your doubt at any time if the poop is normal and you see blood into that that means your child is having an infection that is it advisable to consult the paediatrician
