RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. Not a very specific diet you have to follow but yes if your child is hyperactive then normally Dr suggest that the child should be having a gluten-free diet who who hyperactive or who having autism or in that case diet which is gluten-free suggested but if the child is not hyperactive then regular diet can be followed
