There is no measurement for kids yes but some guidelines which state that food should be balanced and nutrient rich
2-3 servings of vegetables every day
2 serving of fruit
3-4 servings of cereals and pulses that is wheat, daliya, daal, sprouts, ragi, oats, beans
2-3 serving of milk and milk products, eggs
Also add dry fruits , makhana, roasted chana and peanuts into the diet
Give small and frequent meals
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion and personal experience of two babies don't follow any measurement afor your baby at this age and lso give baby home made in every three hours.
